Office Hours
Office hours are:
- Monday and Wednesday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm
- The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday
If you have made an appointment but are unable to keep it, please contact us 24 hours in advance. If you realize you will be late for a scheduled appointment, please call us so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
If you are coming to our practice for the first time, you may download and complete a registration form prior to arriving as well as request your previous medical records prior to your visit. Also, if you have any other relevant medical records, bring them with you, along with a list of medicines that you are taking.
Pre-Travel Consultation patients are asked to bring information about their immunization history. Please bring your insurance and/or Medicare card as well as a personal identification with your picture.
Emergencies
There is always a medical professional available by phone to assist with emergencies, such as hospital admission and evaluation of urgent medical problems. In the event you need to speak with a physician after the office is closed, our answering service may be contacted by calling the main office number at (212) 583-2830.
Please call us during office hours for all other issues when staff with access to your medical record can respond to your needs efficiently and accurately.
