Ashley Biondo
Physician Assistant
Ashley is a relatively new member of the Morledge Medical® team. She joined the staff in October 2018, shortly after her graduation from St. John’s University with a BS in Physician Assistant Studies (graduating Summa Cum Laude and third in her class). Ashley is from Queens and her passion is cooking & tutoring students as they prepare for standardized testing.

Elizabeth Kuriakose
PA Student
Morledge Medical® frequently hosts Physician Assistant students during their final rotation from Seton Hall. These students spend four weeks (5 days/40 hours) working alongside Dr. Morledge as well as the other medical practitioners. This is invaluable training for the student and an added bonus for the patients at Morledge Medical®.
My passions outside of medicine include cooking and yoga/meditation.
Ivan Li
Office Manager
Ivan has been with the practice for nearly four years. He joined the staff with extensive experience in similarly sized medical practices, managing teams and daily details. Ivan graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Ivan lives in Manhattan and his passion, in addition to helping patients navigate their health, wellness & insurance, is weight training and following the NFL, NBA, and MLB.

Lydia Mercante
Medical Receptionist
Lydia is a new member of the Morledge Medical® team. She joined the staff in August 2024, shortly after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder. Lydia is from Long Island, NY, and she enjoys skiing, reading, and doing the New York Times crossword.
I am passionate about environmental design with an emphasis on city planning.
Adrianne Ross
Medical Assistant
Adrianne has been the heart of the office since her start in October 2023. A Bronx native, she worked as a medical assistant for an ENT for 17 years, then she joined Morledge Medical, always taking the time to get to know her patients.
I am passionate about family over everything, followed closely by seafood.
Amna Sheikh
Office Assistant
Amna Sheikh is a senior at NYU, and she has been working at Morledge Medical since 2023. She is part of the Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where she is concentrating on Narrative Medicine with a minor in Chemistry. Through her studies, she hopes to incorporate elements of narrative storytelling and archival work into medical practice.
When I'm not at work or in school, I'm writing, spending time with friends and family, or playing tennis on the Hudson.
Annika Solomone
Office Assistant
Born and raised in New York City, Annika graduated from Tufts University in May 2023, and after teaching English and French at a middle school, she joined the Morledge Medical team at the start of 2024. She is starting her MFA program at Pace University in September 2024.
My passions include painting, movies, and good food.
Stephanie Yeung
Medical Receptionist
Stephanie joined the practice in 2018. She graduated from Brooklyn College with an Associate’s Degree in the liberal arts. Stephanie lives in Brooklyn and her passion is her professionalism, helping to “run the office smoothly for Dr. Morledge.”
